Basis brings medical care, aesthetics, and movement together under one roof. Your provider looks at how your energy, hormones, weight, skin, and physical health connect, then builds a plan around where you are and where you want to go.
No referral is needed. You can book directly through our website or by calling either of our South Florida locations.
Every hormone plan starts with your symptoms, your health history, and appropriately timed lab work. Your provider walks you through hormone and nonhormone options, the risks involved, and how your care will be monitored, so any treatment has a clear purpose.
Your first visit is a complimentary consultation. Your provider reviews your symptoms, health history, medications, and goals, then talks through which testing or treatment makes sense for you. Bring a list of your medications and supplements, along with any recent lab results.
